At WhataStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. We provide a transparent refund policy for our subscriptions.
1. Subscription Refunds
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with WhataStore for any reason, you may request a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.
After the 7-day period, we do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team at timcr8@gmail.com with your account details and the reason for the request. Detailed instructions will be provided upon contact.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method used.
3. Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and issue a refund if the charge was made by mistake.
4. Merchant-Customer Refunds
Please note: This policy applies only to your subscription with WhataStore. Refunds for products sold by merchants using our platform to their customers are subject to the individual merchant's refund policy. WhataStore is not responsible for refunds between merchants and their customers.
