WhataStore provides a platform that allows merchants to create and manage e-commerce stores within WhatsApp. We are not a bank, payment processor, or shipping company.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and WhatsApp number. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to selling illegal goods, fraud, or spamming. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these policies.
5. Payments and Fees
Some features of the Service may require a subscription fee. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or our Refund Policy. We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Paystack) to handle transactions.
6. Limitation of Liability
WhataStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
